Jean Parker as Maggie Boyle

Jean Parker as Maggie Boyle

Funny, mischievous, and a bit of a mess, Maggie, a struggling actress, is thrown in to the depths of Motherhood. Self conscious and a stitch narcissistic, Maggie cares too much about what people think causing her to forever second guess herself as a mom. But she's a good friend and makes a good partner. And at the end of the day, she doesn't take her self too seriously. She appreciates a sense of humor, and some one to share a cold beer with. Babies.. well, she could take or leave them.

Brooke Morgan as Jill Reid

Brooke Morgan as Jill Reid

Smart, tough, and to the point. Jill is extremely resourceful and takes great satisfaction at doing things herself and her way. She's sexy and confident. A Queen multi-tasker by default; she detests idleness. Despite her sharpness, she's a good, solid friend. The kind of friend you'd want to do battle with; she could wield the shit out of an axe.

Gillian Bennett as Amy Wilson

Gillian Bennett as Amy Wilson

Sweet, nurturing, and naive. Amy is a natural mother and genuinely enjoys being home with her kids. She’s embraced motherhood so thoroughly that she struggles with her own identity outside of her home. Though flakey at times, Amy is fierce when it comes to her family. She married her high school boyfriend and best friend, Kevin. They're still affectionate with one another; a boob squeeze when no one's looking and a 'hide the salami' in the shower on a Friday night.

Jim Codrington as Paul Washington

Jim Codrington as Paul Washington

Partner to Jill, Paul is well-groomed and intelligent- he likes a nice turtleneck and a good whiskey. He’s slightly feminine in that he appreciates interior design, fashion, good cookware. He works in commerce, leaving him with a dry, sarcastic sense humor. Paul is a good Dad, definitely warmer toward Trevor than Jill. But his parenting is sometimes neurotic. He loves Jill but is still mystified by her. He may one day ask her to marry him, but the jury is still out.

Joe Santos as Dave Boyle

Joe Santos as Dave Boyle

Married to Maggie, Dave is a man's man. He’s funny, athletic, and personable. Dave loves his family and appreciates being home as he is a Hands-on Dad. He's handy and resourceful. A firefighter by trade. He loves his job; providing for his family, the brotherhood, the dark humor, but he is modest about the whole “hero” business . Like his wife, he can't resist a good joke and he doesn't take himself too seriously. He values family, hard work, a good sense of humor, and a hand job.

Rodrigo Fernandez-Stoll as Kevin

Rodrigo Fernandez-Stoll as Kevin

Kevin Wilson is high school sweetheart and husband to Amy. He is a simple, blue collared guy. Kevin values family and hard work. Electrician by trade, Kevin doesn't take things for granted. He appreciates the things he has worked for in life; his home, his truck, the family vacation to Florida. He is comfortable in his own skin; a little over weight, a little bald, a little sloppy but appearances don't matter. Amy still does it for him and a little internet porn on the side never hurts.

Emily Andrews as Kelly Cleary

Emily Andrews as Kelly Cleary

Kelly is the social ringleader of the Mom Squad; a pretentious play group. Think cheerleader. Pretty, athletic, bubbly on the outside but competitive steel within. A neurotic perfectionist. Well organized and always prepared, much to the awe for the rest of the group. We wonder if she sleeps at night. Kelly acts a little entitled, she has money and is used to getting her way.

Catherine Bruhier as Melanie Linds

Catherine Bruhier as Melanie Linds

Melanie is a list-maker. She's smart and organized. Likely on her maternity leave from an engineering-type job. She's happy to be included in the mommy group; a checkmark on her list of mommy-to-do's, but is frustrated with Kelly at times.. most times.

Ellen McKinney as Leslie Clarkson

Ellen McKinney as Leslie Clarkson

Best Friend to Kelly, Leslie is sugary, shiny and easy to please. Like a puppy. She's fashionable, fit, and seemingly put together from far away but when you get close, you realize she's unravelling. She's a little desperate, a little manic. Leslie has money and tries to buy her happiness in Coach handbags and new diets.

Rishma Malik-Scott as Sarah Ferguson

Rishma Malik-Scott as Sarah Ferguson

Sarah is a hippy of sorts, she wears Birkenstocks and baby-slings. Co-sleeping, oh yeah. Though Sarah feels strong in her "natural" parenting beliefs, she still likes to be apart of the pack. A closeted nacho cheese Dorito eater.

Martha Williamson as Janie Wilson

Martha Williamson as Janie Wilson

Oldest child of Amy and Kevin. Janie is sweet and loving but full of 5 year old spirit. She pocesses a tiny princess-quality but only from being the doted-on girl of the women. Janie's not afraid to get dirty. She's well-behaved and obedient.. most of the times.

Taylor Lee as the Receptionist

Taylor Lee as the Receptionist

She's young, beautiful, and indifferent. And probably a better actor than Maggie. Super cool, like too cool for school.
